• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
• To request a cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp or Email.
• Once the order has been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel.
• If payment has already been made, eligible refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can also be cancelled before dispatch.
