We want our customers to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

Eligibility for Return
• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
• Used or damaged products.
• Products without original packaging or tags.
• Personalized or customized products.

Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID.
• Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Replacement
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
